Between awake and tired ..
I remembered earlier that I took my morning meds at 8:30am or thereabouts. I somehow slept through my morning medication alarm that’s set for 6:30am. I just checked the clock app to check it is 6:30 and not 6am. The alarm wasn’t on. It’s usually set to every day. I have a really painful jaw.
