My rib hurts soooo bad!! 😫😭
I am concerned that I may have overused my arm which I’m not, supposed to over the past couple of days. I’ve had it in the sling but not properly strapped tight to my body like it needs to be. I am in so much pain I could cry. Nothing is helping 😢

Short and sweet today. Juice dropped off a bunch of food to last me quite a while I would say. I’ve been sleeping or resting throughout today but I’ve started feeling ill in the past half hour or so, so I think I’ll be asleep soon. 7:08 pm / 7:17 pm
