I didn’t take my ADHD meds today so I’ve basically been asleep all day except for being awake long enough to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The landlords here have bought an old caravan Merv has told me. Much older than our one he said. I feel for the people they rent it out to.

I have an appointment with an Osteopathy tomorrow at 9:30 AM in Bendigo tomorrow so I’m going back to sleep now.
