I thought it would be a good idea for Merv and I to make a video together today to explain some of the videos I have made the past few days.

I am thankful that I was smart enough to update my About page here on YouTube some time ago, explaining that this is my diary. My very real, honest, and real diary. Where I share everything that I would share in a private written diary or journal.

I share it all with you with the intention of hopefully helping anyone who may feel alone or like no one understands them. As well as to show you we all have bad days. Some of us, especially those of us with mental health issues, have extremely bad days. Numerous videos I have made in the past show this.
