Which I have reflected on quite a bit since getting home at approximately 4 pm.
I have done a few more things since then, I’ll discuss tomorrow.
Right now I am lying on my couch writing this after having a bowl of rice with peas, corn, carrots and diced potatoes with simple salt and pepper with some vegan butter on top. Absolutely delicious
