None of my meds are helping, and it’s not like I’m going to go crazy nuts and take too many given how extremely hard I have worked to get here 😖
I’m honestly at my wits end. The one thing I am going to take, which was prescribed to me by my doctor only once, because I decided once was enough, especially since I still have some leftover. One of which I’ll be taking tonight, given just how bad this pain actually is 😣
I have a chiropractic appointment appointment booked for 11am, but it’s 12:12am. And I’m just not sure how I’ll go
But I think starting with going to sleep is the first step 💛
