I’ve warmed the bed up and am going to tan for ten minutes since I don’t want to risk being in there too long, given the prep stuff I have had to ingest for surgery has me running to the toilet every ten minutes or so 😅

I had to be up early enough to take the last drink sachet and have a coffee and water before 9 am. After this, I am on total fasting. No water or anything from now on.

I tried calling to ask about my toenail polish but couldn’t get through, so I have removed that as much as I didn’t want to.

Once I have tanned, I will then shower. After that comes the fun job of taping my piercings. I really hope it’s easy enough 🙏

Anyway, time to see if there’s a ten-minute meditation I want to do. If not, I’ll keep listening to music. I’m running well for time as far as I know. It’s 9:24 am. Andrew is picking me up at 10:50 am to drop me off.

All I need is for me to finally empty, since, I am currently typing this while sitting on the toilet 😆
