It’s just hit 1 am and I haven’t been able to sleep

Though not from lack of trying

I have turned everything off and have started listening to one of the guided meditations that I listen to when I go to sleep 😴

But so far it hasn’t worked. I felt better after eating dinner but don’t feel great now. Thankfully my first appointment is 12:40 pm tomorrow 😅

I really have to sleep now 😴
