Day 238: 24th August 2022 | Slept till 12 pm today 😴

Boss woke me up to go outside at 8 am and I knew there was no way I could get up then and stay up. Glad I slept in as I obviously needed it.

Now I have to get dressed and make sure there is room on my phone to record my psychology appointment that’s in an hour.
