I am feeling better now, which is nice 😁

I dare say the weed I’m vaping on top of the valium I had earlier is helping, but my anxiety is gone. Though coming to the realisation that I did in my last post has also played a big part in it 😝

What will be will be regardless of whether I feel good or bad about it. So, lying on my bed feeling absolutely physically sick with anxiety makes zero sense objectively. And as soon as I was able to connect with this feeling fully, I could breathe correctly again. And just like that the anxiety was gone 🥰

I am doing exactly what I need to in this moment. I downloaded the free TV Tubi App on my TV and am watching a movie that I haven’t seen before which is really engaging 🙂

I am honestly in awe of this new found ability I seem to be able to tap into. I mean sure it did take me a bit to get here, but get here I did.

I truly do believe that everything is happening exactly as it’s supposed to, because that’s how it is. Ah but finally getting to a place in my life where I can rise above it feels amazing 😌

As with everything, I know I will get better at this with time. Once I do, I’ll figure out how to help others do it too ☺
