I had the bush that the roots of it growing in the pipes, and yet it’s back to not clearing properly.

So I will have to get the plumber out again. Thankfully since I’ve seen him so many times since moving in, he gives me a really good rate..And once he even did it for free.

Update: it appears to be ok and work fine some times and not others 🤔🙄
