It feels like I’ve been on the go since I got up.
I had a follow-up eye test, which thankfully showed my eyes are ok. Then food shopping, washing laundry and then figuring out how to set up my new work background on zoom.This I found very confusing, so I had to ask my teammate to help me figure it out. I got there in the end, so that’s the main thing š
We had our practice run through this evening for our work webinar, which is tomorrow morning. I am very excited about it and being a part of this incredible team and company! š
As many of you know, I have decided to limit my weed vaping to only extreme pain days when absolutely nothing else has worked so that I can put my utmost attention on my university studies. I am limiting having any alcohol also, cutting it out except for special occasions.
But I think I will hold on to my remote for my tv for a while. I’m already at a point where I barely watch it anyway, but it is nice to at least be able to eat dinner while watching something. I only ever binge-watched when I was stoned anyway, so that’s no longer a problem š
Time for me to eat now lol

Something that can help you is to eat more Broccoli sprouts , that vegetable is the antiinflammatory from all vegetables .
I have eaten Broccoli sprouts for 2,5 years and i feel stronger and i recovery more faster from training and harder work .
Try to eat aminoacids for strenght training but buy there without coffein clean aminoacids . N-acetyl cystein is really great to take with Q10 and Melatonin , that helps the person really .
It is better to vape in the morning because so you feel better in the morning when you have slept better .
The person can get sleeping apnea from
Marijuana .
Bathing in cold water helps against anxiety and against joint pain and there is more and longer dopamin release from Cold water then any drug . That the researcher said in a new research i think from 2021. But to build up coldwater tolerance after a while , its not funny in the beginning but after a while it will feel better .
