Earlier I felt like I was starting to sink into a bad mood… So I did something to stop that from happening 😊
I decided to put all my work and studying stuff away and do something nice for myself to pull me out of it. I had felt ‘off’ since a few of the things that happened, and we’re saying, both during and after today’s safe storytelling training. But I’ll talk about that tomorrow in a video.
