Life’s A Story

This is mine.

And if you’re here, maybe some of it will feel like yours too.

Hey, I’m Liv.

Life’s A Story is exactly that: my life, as it really is. The messy bits, the beautiful bits, the things I understand and the things I’m still figuring out.

I share my everyday life, my experiences, the things I’m learning about myself and the realities of living with multiple physical, mental and neurological health conditions, along with all the other challenges that have become part of my story.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and I’m not here to tell anyone how they should live their life.

What I can do is share mine honestly.

My videos are intentionally unedited, and I don’t watch them before I share them. It keeps things real. No filters. No carefully rehearsed version of me. Just life as it happens. Sometimes funny, sometimes difficult, sometimes completely ordinary and sometimes surprisingly beautiful.

I started Life’s A Story because I believe there is something powerful about seeing another person being completely honest about their life. Sometimes, knowing that someone else understands can make all the difference.

I also believe that sharing our experiences can help us learn more about ourselves and each other. We all have our own stories, and sometimes, seeing life through someone else’s eyes can help us better understand our own.

So if something I share makes you laugh, teaches you something, helps you understand yourself a little better or simply makes you think, “Oh… it’s not just me,” then this space has done what I hoped it would.

You don’t have to hide the difficult parts of yourself. You don’t have to make yourself smaller. You don’t have to change who you are or use filters, literal or otherwise, to be worthy of being seen.

This is my story.

And I’m sharing it in the hope that, somewhere along the way, you realise something important.

You’re not alone in this ♡

Woke up feeling like hey fever has me in it’s grips 😒

I run out of hey fever tablets, yet because I knew I’d forget them when I went to the chemist, I called ahead and asked for them to be put aside for me. . That probably would have worked if I had actually made it to the chemist when the pharmacist I usually deal with…

In every aspect of my life “When you hold onto your anger you are just a secondary character in somebody else’s story. To let go of your anger is to become the main character in your story again” or something very similar .. in ‘Inventing Anna’ on Netflix, and they have stuck with me I am…

To my neighbour, I hope one day you see this..

Let me start off by saying, I am sorry it ended the way it did. With the cops being called and each of us blocked on each others phone. I honestly don’t know what could have been going through your mind for everything to go the way it did, but I can’t help but wonder…
