l honestly feel like I’ve left this earth and no longer know what is up from down.

I’m still in absolute shock at the company we hired to transport our furniture. We asked every single company for a 20 foot container. We drove past one and we both definitely know that if we had of just got the container and packed it ourselves everything would have fit.

I have photos of how much stuff fit in the open caged trailer that Merv and I took to Melbourne to pick up my favourite furniture pieces and it was packed 100% better than these “professional packers” did.

We are still blown away by how much they conned us. Literally still in shock. Especially by how much one of the people we spent talking to us, telling me I could tell her anything I could. She swore the that truck and the two men would be here as long as it took to pack the truck. But the space in the truck when it arrived was insane. We should have just said leave when they arrived. The younger guy was quite rude. Literally throwing everything we own on the ground. He talked down to me and then offered to roll me joints with the “correct filter”. Then he apparently told his boss a bunch of absolute bullshit. He smashed a bunch of glasses. He was incredibly rude to me and talked to the other guy in a different language, which I personally believe is incredibly rude to do in front of those whose who do not understand the language.

Honestly I could write a book full of complaints against these people. Especially the woman who was so nice to me and told me I could tell her anything. That she was here to help me. She was not. Once a company gets your money, you stop being human to them.

I honestly thought she was so cool, that when I asked Merv to make a short video no speaking to send to her, he of course start started talking throughout it, so we ended up making it that days video. I honestly trusted this woman completely. She literally said I could tell her anything, so, I myself personally sent the video with a message saying something along the lines of… you seem pretty cool. I think you might find my site interesting. So this is the video you asked for but I’m sending it as part of my daily video.

She then had the audacity to tell Merv that they had “become aware” of the fact that I have a YouTube channel. You wouldn’t believe the stuff she was saying on the phone to Merv.  It was utterly disgusting. But he had the call on speaker which I recorded on my phone.

Merv and I spent all of our money on this company and now that my house is gone, we don’t even have enough money for rent or bond. I honestly don’t know how people like her sleep at night. She knew perfectly well how bad my mental and physical health was. The video clearly shows that there was no way it could be done in time. Were was her professionalism in saying that it couldn’t be done. Where was she in helping us? She couldn’t have cared less. But I care a lot. And have every intention of doing something about it when I can.
