I seriously love therapy!!!

I share my therapy sessions with everyone for the same reason I share everything else. If even only one person is helped by watching my diary videos, then that means the world to me.

‎⁨@Graymantle⁩  thank you so much for your comments. They have helped me SO much! I am eternally grateful. I did however read your user name wrong the first few times I looked at it, I’ve now since seen lol

I am really pleased with how today’s session went. Especially to have it reinforced that I am handling my emotions better than I allow myself to believe. I still have a long way to go, but, focusing on how far I’ve come is a much better way to look at things.
