I’m in shock. I had no idea it would be so long. But I am happy he is getting the best care he needs.

The surgery went well. He now has a vac pac connected to the wound that is constantly draining fluid out of his leg.

I know I haven’t yet posted the picture of his wound, but I will, along with what it looks like now after the surgery.

I’ve just picked up hot chips for dinner and am now heading back to the hospital.

I’ll keep updating you all as I know more.
