I’ve been feeling a bit depressed the past few days and  have to admit I had been telling myself that I did not want to make this video. I’ve only just realised that on trying to figure out how to explain it given I’m also pretty sure that I knew I was going to but didn’t want to be hard on myself.

And then I stopped and asked myself why do I make my videos and the answer helped me remember that I do it for anyone of you out there who might feel alone, like I have today.
