I realised just before making this video that completely ignoring the message my friend sent was also not the right answer 🫣

Getting angry doesn’t solve anything, but neither does burying your head in the sand. So, I messaged her to explain my feelings and ask why she sent it.

I am now just realising that even though I needed to say something to clear the air because I was just becoming too upset every time I looked at Boss and thought about the message. I’m no longer sure as I write this if once again it comes across wrong..

Sometimes, the more aware I become, the more I want to run away and disappear from the world.
