I won’t know until I watch it, and as all of my beautiful friends around the world who enjoy watching my videos all know, but in case you’re new or unaware, to ensure my videos are completely pure and 100% authentic I do not watch anything I post prior to sharing it here 😁

I learnt some time ago, when I first started filming my doctor’s visits, to pause the recording if she needs to call to get authority for some of my scripts. As you will see, and also what I realised on the way home was we didn’t even get to the scripts, but that’s ok since I filled my pillbox this morning before and after my chiropractic appointment 😆

I made the couch into a bed last night since the kids were with me for a few hours. I ended up sleeping in the lounge, and for the first time in weeks, I didn’t end up in so much pain in my lower back ☺️

My chiropractor and doctor both agree with me that it appears I’m sinking into the memory foam. I wonder what date I purchased it? 🤨

Speaking of dates, I double checked before posting this and am very proud to say the day numbers are right!💯

I’m ready to relax and watch MAFS catchup 🤣

I’ll probably watch this video after 🤷‍♀️
