Seriously, I don’t even know how to finish that

Basically, I keep looking at my tattoo, which has had the middle section coloured today, and going over the conversation that I had with my tattooist almost as soon as we started talking about colour and how they are going to look. I can’t help but look at my tattoo and see exactly what I didn’t want and I don’t totally understand the more I look at it. Same as with the colours.

I asked him why it seemed so different from the picture we had decided on. He explained that to go as dark as the picture the words would be lost. What I’m only realising now is that he didn’t say that before, only after.

I had said from day dot that I wanted mostly pinks, purple, blue, and hints of green except say for today’s original picture, I definitely wasn’t planning on having a lot of yellow. If any.

The last one will be mostly pink this much I have decided. That was almost straight away.

Now, I am thinking that I should ask the tattooist way he didn’t tell me before tattooing that the colours were actually going to be quite different

In all fairness, I have just gone back and checked the outline, and it is that size. I guess it just looks like a more in your face bold black top edge.
