Juice sure is helping me get up early, though I think the fact that he has also arrived at approximately 7 am for the past three days 😅

I must say, I am feeling really proud of myself for how much I am achieving these past few days 🤗

As it stands at 8:52 am, I plan to study throughout today. I am thoroughly enjoying the content and want to do well. I am focusing on the fact that I am doing my best at all times and that’s all I can do ☺️

I have preheated my solarium so it will be nice and cosy, or as comfy as it can be when you have shoulders as unaligned as mine 🤣

A ten minute motivational meditation while enjoying the warmth before jumping in the shower to officially start my day 😁
