Ok, so I just checked the days between dates and it’s saying that today is day 525! 🤦‍♀️

I have messed them up again. This is frustrating 😖

Anyway, I was wrong not using my sling today and yesterday while awake. I say that as I type this using both my thumbs with my sling on the pillow next to me 😒

I am feeling really good about sharing the notes I have with the students in the group chat. The only thing I’m regretting is why I didn’t share them earlier. I was definitely coming from a place of fear which makes no sense given how happy helping others makes me. I am not competing for a degree 🎓

I trust that if I am supposed to do another then I will. Right now I want to get through this unit and then my last as peacefully as possible 😌

I have done my dishes and am now going to watch a scary movie on Netflix, Malevolent ☺️

The only other thing pressing on my mind right now is Cassie but I have no idea why but it’s enough for me to make note of it 😐

Update: watching the movie now, only 7:05 minutes in and I know I’m going to be jumping a lot throughout it 😅😆 9:08 pm

I cannot believe I’ve fucked up the days again and even as I say it I know that’s bullshit because I believe it, it happens all the bloody time, what, I don’t know though, is why, and it’s driving me crazy 🤪

I cannot stay focused on one thing for long enough and I don’t know everything just feels like it’s falling apart around me..which is strange because everyone else thinks I’m super organised and ready to go. I am struggling to see the light and I don’t understand why. Just today I sent Cassidy a picture of Boss hoking his head outside the bed on my side, saying just that, and complaining that he had three other areas to get out of and yet he chose my side. She did a happy reframe and said, Boss is giving you cuddles which finally registered when she said it. So, confusing some times.

Juice’s cooking is delicious. I have now tried numerous recipes and just finished some pumpkin, spinach and walnut risotto that was incredible. I am very lucky and grateful to have him as my friend.

Anyway, I have finished dinner and am going to lie down and watch this movie 😁
