First thing I have to say, I had to watch this video twice to edit it by removing the last two minutes 😅

The reason I had to edit the end off is that, as you will see at the end of this video, my doc says she needs to call Canberra to get authority on a script.

My first thought (Oh.My.God🤦‍♀️ I just saw what I did there 😮) was that private information was about to be shared, so I should probably pause the camera. (Why didn’t I? I honestly don’t know.) Anyway, I didn’t pause it, and information was recorded that couldn’t be shared, so I had to watch it to know where to end the video.

The reason I had to watch it twice is simply because I didn’t pay quite enough attention the first time, and I had to google to check how even to trim the end, so I had to watch it again to know what time exactly I needed to move the little slide button to. I felt extremely nervous the entire time I was editing it 😳

I get the feeling that between how much my new camera seems to both intimidate me and irk me due to how slow everything is, that it might be a while before I open my second site up. I have recently realised that I have so many dreams that I want to do, but I have to remember to slow down and remember life isn’t a race; I’m not failing just because I take longer than others. That’s ok.

I am slowly but surely starting to truly feel connected to my beliefs in a more profound deeper way which is so beautiful and helpful and peaceful and so, so needed. I think everyone can agree that I need some peace.

One last thing I want to say is that I may have found someone to study with who might be able to help me understand the wonderful world that is psychology research statistics software. Now that the intense overwhelm of the deadlines counting down are gone, I’m excited to learn again without now that the pressure has gone. It would be great to have someone to meet on campus in the library to study with ☺️
