Two out of four weeks my pain levels are tripled to far past excruciating pain. I now see I really should have ended the catch up with an old friend a lot sooner than I did.

I am so sleepy and hungry at this rate I’ll be attending my lecture in bed or pjs with camera and microphone off 😴
