Make it like an experiment on myself. See if I achieve more during the day when I sleep for longer.
It’s 9:31 pm and I am about to turn on the night time meditation that I fall asleep listening to after setting my alarm since I would like to at least get the vacuming done before leaving for tennis just before 10 am
