Think I’m going to just stick with waking up naturally from now on šŸ˜…


I am absolutely exhausted and my pain levels are through the roof 😬😫

It’s 12:49 pm, and I’ve decided to have a short nap on my couch with my weighted blanket that I totally forgot I owned until seeing some available to buy at the therapy clinic last night.

I have heaps left to do and have a massage booked for 7 pm tonight but I can’t function feeling the way I currently do.

Hopefully, a short nap is all that’s needed.

Update: I napped for bout 10 minutes. Now I’m just going to make coffee and try to keep pushing through šŸ™„
