I knew my mood stabilisers needed to be increased.
I guess if nothing else, I am extremely connected to something allowing me to be fully attuned to what I need in the moment. Like knowing I needed to come home today. Plus, make a doctor’s appointment.
Honestly, I have no idea. I’m too close to it. Given it’s me š
It will be interesting to see what my therapist thinks tomorrow.
