Today’s session feels like it went by really fast. I guess that’s because I had so much to fill my psychologist in on everything that took place between our last session on the 19th of May and today.
I am happy she finished the session by explaining all the good things I have done to help myself and how well I managed, considering how stressful the past couple of weeks have been.
