I’m on the right track to sorting out how to add a contents page. The archives way, doesn’t work, so hopefully this is simple enough.

My pain levels have just soared though and moving my left shoulder is excruciating 😫

So, I’ve taken just under 0.2mls of the THC oil. I waited just over an hour for the last one to kick in, but my pain is too high to wait and longer 😅

Hopefully it start to work soon and I can sort out getting a contents page added to this website 😁
