Now Boss is done and gone to the couch. Seems Diesel is too as he just got his toy from my room and is wandering around with it.and just took it outside.

I only got back from Nichele’s place not long ago.

It’s 8:51pm. I have had some of my weed vape. If you watch the recording of my psychology session you will see I discussed with my therapist what I am doing regarding weed and how I have an appointment with my specialist in April to get non vaping products to help lower my pain levels. I told her that I had told myself that I would originally stop vaping completely by the end of May so I had of of June before university started again in trimester two. But then I told myself I would stop now instead.

I have now realised since talking it out with her that I do absolutely still want to stop inhaling weed, but that while I am still waiting for my specialist appointment in April, that it is all smoking methods besides the vape that I absolutely need to stop and thankfully already have. So until my appointment, I am going to continue to use my vape, yet use it sparingly. Only on days like today when I really need it.

Well it’s just hit 9:06pm. I have my laptop on my bed ready to watch the MAFS catchup feom tonight, but now I’m not sure I’m awake enough to watch all of it lol
