Just got back from walking Boss with Nichele and Charli. Rain got heavier as we walked but it was a lovely walk and I love the rain, so it was great 😁

Turns out Nichele has her own business which she explained to me. Turns out she works with a urologist, so, knows all about the bladder, conditions that affect it and the procedures that take place. Which means, she was able to tell me exactly what the procedure I am booked in for next week based on what little information I do know. It is a Cystoscopy. Definitely said the wrong thing in the video 😅

Nichele is also the first person I can recall that has actually knows what Interstitial Cystitis is. So, it’s nice to have met someone who has heard of it. It truly is a completely debilitating illness 😐
