I have had a great day. Made it with plenty of time for my appointment at hospital. My new specialist, who I met today, is awesome. She has pink hair!

Turns out, the majority of the medication I take for my chronic pain, fatigue and mental health, all effect my bladder. Unfortunately, not in a good way 😕

So, now I need to have a procedure done. Ideally I need surgery again as I first had it when first diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis in 2011. However, since I no longer have private health insurance, and the public waiting list is so long, I am now being receiving a procedure in a couple ofdays. That I’m only just now realising, I probably should have had it writen down, to remember 😅

But basically, she said, she will use anaesthetic, so that she can use a scope to see inside my bladder. Then based on the results, we go from there. The more than likely outcome, being an adjustment of my current medication and the possibility of having more added 🙄

All round I have had a great day. I talked to a woman in the back of an uber while stopped at an intersection, because she heard Sweet Transvestite playing and gave me a thumbs up and cheesy grin 😁 Huh, only just now realising no mask lol but, I’m not even totally sure of the rules anymore. I saw p people at the supermarket not wearing them 🤷‍♀️ besides that, I saved myself some money when buying what I needed today. Today I found out Officeworks price matches, so that’s awesome 👌 and now I’m having a gin and tonic and going to relax and watch some Killing Eve before MAFS starts in two hours.

Since sitting down to type this, I have realised I just don’t have the brain space to look at either of the things I bought today. The only thing I have on tomorrow is my psychology session, and that’s not until 2pm. Meaning, I can deal with it, in the morning, when I get up 🌄

UPDATE: 6.32PM – Having just now watched this back I thought I should clarify the conversation at the lights, was a very quick interaction between windows, alike the lines of “best song and best movie ever” “yeah absolutely, I love it”.
