So I did anxiety check before leaving housebto make sure everything was off, Boss had everything he needed and I knew everything was done so I could have a nice darive and stay at my sister in laws place tonight..

But then.. on the way here I realised that I hadn’t done an anxiety check regarding the stuff I actually packed. Especially, my vape and capsules. I told myself I knew I gad packed them. I told myself this a lot. Yet I still had to take an exit off the freeway , find somewhere to pull over and then check!

And of course.. they were there! So, yeah, even when i think I’ve 100% solved any possible cause of anixety, the Universe throws something new at me, to make sure I really learn the lesson 😅
