I just have absolutely no idea how to change it again to the different positions it can be made into as it honestly took so long to get it like this

I know it should be a lot easier than I am finding it but I swear it’s like I need another set of hands to do it 😅

The reminder to take valuim (I have just now realised is spelt wrong 🤦‍♀️) is because I tend to forget I’ve got it.
