Because I was so wrapped up in studying to become a registered psychologist, a part of me has been living in fear regarding using my actual name.

Then Sunday night happened and I realised that my higher purpose is to share and tell stories just as much as it is to study and focus on getting the grades I need to do all the degrees I believe I am supposed to do.

Everyone else who I mention by name, all have fake names, as this is what I learnt the first time I made videos for a year, even though none of them have been published.

Maybe one day, I’ll do a before and current post, to show the difference in me.

I know my last couple of videos haven’t been great, given how I have felt since Sunday night, but talking to my doctor this morning has really helped me see what I needed to.

But I have also realised something else.. I am just a face and a name in the void that is the internet. Because of this I have changed my name on here from Libby, which my niece and nephew have always called me to my actual name. Well, the short version anyway, as most people call me Liv.
