Making sure I still take all my daily meds since I now need to replace the last one after forgetting pill box at sisters 🤦♀️
But I know the first thing to truly start healing me is to tske the medication that is prescribed to me and definitely not abruptly stop taking it, which can be dangerous..
I’m about to take tonight’s meds then go to sleep 😴
