I slept until 2pm today. Couldn’t believe it but absolutely needed to. So getting what i can done while I can as I have online psychologist appointment at 2pm later this afternoon and doctor phone call at 5. I dare say, depending on what time I go to sleep, means it may be a day

It’s Tuesday night and I am only just now sorting out my medication box..
I’ve been taking them but its way easier to use the weekly box then find stuff in the large box I keep all medications in.. Now time to read a nosleep story on reddit before going to sleep 😴

I now definitely see why people have been telling me to use YouTube to help easily understand confusing things.. like my philosophy essay 😅
I used to always only use YouTube to listen to music. It’s taken me this long to finally actually use it and what do you you know, it’s been incredibly helpful. Obviously completely unable to actually used as a reference in a university essay but definitely helpful in getting me to understand better what it

Until my philosophy assignments are done I am literally working non stop on them..
Need to keep changing up where I sit so I don’t get too bored or uncomfortable in one place. Sometimes I work at the kitchen table and other times in the lounge. Today I was so tired when I got up I didn’t originally think I’d get anything done, but alas, I must keep going
