I had a great end to my lovely Sunday and so far Monday is going well too 😁
I finished watching Sex/Life on Netflix and it was awesome! I felt I could really relate to the main characters.. Made the mistake of checking the supermarket price only to find out what I want is on sale for $6 a tub 😱 but i was far to tored and medicated to drive. But I stillhad the craving so ordered ot to be delivered for a much dearer price 😅😆

With my electric blanket on its so cosy and warm. Sometimes after a long day, and today was a long day, I just want to crawl into bed and get warmed up by my blanket that also helps with my pain levels. I had my psychology appointment this morning at just after 9am. Via video.

Reflections on today.. I was anxious when I started writing this post.. writing it out has helped me 😊
I feels weirdly anxious all of a sudden and I don’t know why. I have just spoken to sleep clinic doctor for the first follow-up and been told that there is a good chance that the level of dexamfetamine that I thought was ok is probably actually too high and may have been a contributing
