But hey, I’m in the best mood ever so it’s all good 🥰 I would say I’m nicely stoned and very comfortable on my couch with Boss and Netflix paused in the background and and vegan ‘cheezy and cauliflower’ pie and two vegan sausage rolls that taste just like “ordinary” (dead flesh people) ones do.

I love Boss so much but boy god does his barking drive me insane!! And it doesn’t help that the older I get the more sensitive my senses become.. So, I am seriously asking.. does anyone have any advice on what I can do? Clearly he doesn’t listen to me when losing his shit 🤦♀️🙄

I’m reading the Frege’s ‘On Concept And Order’ for my philosophy essay in bed. Boss has made himself well and truly comfortable and is fast asleep 🥰😴 I’m very sleepy myself now (9:39pm) which I’m very happy about. I set alarms for 6:45 and am in the kitchen. They went off until until about 7:30am

Reflections on today.. I was anxious when I started writing this post.. writing it out has helped me 😊
I feels weirdly anxious all of a sudden and I don’t know why. I have just spoken to sleep clinic doctor for the first follow-up and been told that there is a good chance that the level of dexamfetamine that I thought was ok is probably actually too high and may have been a contributing
