It was so hot and humid today that I ended up sleeping most of the afternoon. Then I felt nauseous after dinner and threw up. Moby looks after me, which is lovely. I think I’ll be asleep soon. I have plans tomorrow, so I want to feel myself when I wake up. 7:30 p.m.
