1:49 am, and I’m so hungry πŸ˜‹

I’m making a simple pasta with some garlic and olive oil with salt and pepper with diced onion* and peas. Everything tastes better with peas πŸ˜‹πŸ₯°

*That I grew myself!πŸ˜πŸ€—

I went from feeling really awake, to dead exhausted almost in an instant. I was up and ready to go when I put the water on to boil and took these photos, but now that I’ve actually sat in my bed with my nice and warm electric blanket under me, all of a sudden, my eyes are drooping on me 😴

But I am hungry and proper hungry for actual food. The only thing I have to ensure I make it to is my doctor’s consultation about getting the Implanon removed from my arm, and I’m not worried about that because a) I’m absolutely positive I’ll see Andrew well and truthfully, with enough time for that and, um, I have no intention of being awake all night 😴

I can hear the pot boiling. Thankfully this is a super simple dish. One I’m winging and just holding onto the memory of what I think I did last time before I added egg into the mixture following the recipe instead of registering how delicious the sauce was before that πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

I’m pretty sure it was simply to fry the onions, then the garlic, add oil, stock using the pasta water to make with the stock power, then peas, salt and pepper according to taste πŸ˜‹

Mmmm, ok enough energy to do that is back for now. I was ready to watch my past couple of nights videos back and have some fun, but for now, I definitely need to put Friends on and focus on eating first πŸ˜…πŸ˜†

I’m distracted already 🀣

And even more hungry πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

Ok, time to get up and make my food πŸ˜‹

I am going to be using the frozen already diced onion in my freezer just to make a note of πŸ˜…
