This is a recording of my doctor’s appointment today. My outstanding, fantastic, so happy I found her, the best doctor I have ever met, appointment 💞

I am absolutely wrecked and still have an hour’s drive home. I’m sitting in my car uploading this since I have so much data available on my phone and some kid just opened the car door next to me and smashed it into the side of my car. It made a big noise so he definitely hit my car. Lucky for them, I don’t particularly care, given the number of times I have banged my car into things myself

Update: 9:55 pm | I am watching this back and I clearly had worse brain fog then I realized😳 twice I accidentally contradicted myself. I called the paperwork for the chiropractor ‘mental health care plan’ when that’s pain treatment and then I asked for her to write everything down because “I normally write everything on my phone but I’m recording us right now” 🤦‍♀️😂 I definitely need to go to sleep now 😴
