Just got home from this appointment 😊

I have an absolutely pounding headache that started on the drive home, so I’m going to eat some leftovers and chill for a bit before deciding if I’m going to actually walk Boss or just take him to the dog park 🐕

I’m fairly certain we’ll be going to the dog park as I don’t really have enough energy to walk him and attend Toastmasters this evening at 6:45 pm 🙂

My therapy session went really well and I have so much more understanding as to why I have been getting triggered so easily lately when I speak to Randy’s Dad 🥰

UPDATE: 9:55 | I took Boss to the dog park and saw for the first time what people might see in Boss. We arrived and there were three German Shepherds with one guy. When we got to the fence, they were going insane. Now, obviously, Boss was barking too, but nothing like the others. The guy told me they were fine and wouldn’t attack Boss. Yet, I instinctively knew that they absolutely would. I have never seen such pure aggression and the incredibly scary look on their faces, but there was one in particular and I just told the guy I’d take my dog for a walk as I wasn’t willing to risk Boss getting hurt. He said to walk behind the trees and he would take his dogs out through the gate on the opposite side. I told him he doesn’t have to do that, but he was happy to and now looking back, I’m actually glad he did. His dogs were young and extremely aggressive which doesn’t work in a shared fenced in environment where friendly dogs like to play.

I am watching last nights video of me cooking dinner. Andrew mentioned it when I saw him so I’m halfway through it. I stopped to upload this lol I am actually really looking forward to watching today’s therapy session and figured it makes sense to watch lasts video as I’ve watched the other two. Well, I’m not sure if I have finished part 2 yet but it’s all good 😊
