Day 130: 8th May 2022 | Part 3 | I was right! I knew I’d started a story and not finished it! πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€£

I was meant to have a study date with tutor client tomorrow afternoon. Not actual tutoring, just study together. I didn’t realise I’d misheard where she lives, but she’s actually only 11 minutes to the campus I attend. I in the other hand am more like 40 minutes to over hour depending on traffic. She wanted to meet at 3pm, but I said that’s the worse time for traffic for me to go there.

Then I did something, I have only consciously realised I do, today! And that is jump ahead and keep messaging without waiting for the other person’s reply!πŸ˜† Been doing it for as long as I have using mobile phones, yet literally only fully became aware of today!πŸ˜²πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ˜…

Because of this there was a miscommunication, meaning I thought we were meeting to study during the day instead. So, I said, I’d stop what I’m doing with thr trimming and just full the bin and be done for the day, so I can have bath and early night for study date tomorrow on campus. I was quite excited too be completely honest πŸ€“β˜ΊοΈ

Anyway, turns out I was wrong. So we have postponed studying together. This is the dumb decision I was going to make…

I had already, not long before the text conversation, had already thought to myself, tomorrow will absolutely be a “read textbook outloud lyung on my bed” day. I know for a fact, based on years of experience and how much pain I am currently in, that it will basically be a miracle if I wake up feeling completely ok tomorrow. There is no way I can chance driving that far in each direction after today..

I still have to fill the bloody bin!πŸ˜†πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
